Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of information security experience with a track record in risk management and incident response.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
• Experience with security tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and EDR solutions.
• CISSP, CISM, or GSEC certifications are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across systems and applications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor security alerts and lead incident investigations and remediation.
• Design and manage security controls: firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, etc.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configurations and secure development practices.
• Stay updated on threats and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Educate staff on security best practices and awareness.
• Perform security audits and penetration testing.
• Manage security documentation and reporting to senior management.
