Job summary

Buildforce Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Information Manager for a Tier 1 construction project in Solihull. The role focuses on managing the project CDE, controlling documentation, and ensuring compliant information workflows across the team and supply chain.

The candidate will work closely with design teams, subcontractors and the client, driving information governance and performance reporting from site to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience on site as Information Manager or Document Controller in construction.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE management.
• Experience with ASITE and information workflows.
• CSCS card and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the project CDE.
• Administer ASITE and manage user access.
• Ensure document numbering and naming conventions.
• Monitor submissions, reviews, approvals.
• Produce reports on information performance.
• Train project teams and supply chain partners.
• Drive compliance with information management procedures.
• Support CDE setup and project mobilisation.
