Job summary

Laing O'Rourke in Dartford is seeking an experienced DE&IM Project Information Manager to lead information management across multiple construction projects. You will own information standards, systems and processes, ensuring secure, well-managed data throughout the lifecycle.

You will drive adoption of digital tools, manage EDMS (Asite preferred), coordinate reporting, provide training and support, and contribute to continuous improvement within a central team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Information Management and Document Control on construction projects.
• Ability to map, improve and manage business processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 / PAS 1192 information management principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Information Standards, Methods and Procedures with the project teams.
• Define Information Management roles, responsibilities and processes across the project.
• Manage the EDMS (preferably Asite) and ensure secure access controls.
• Drive compliance with ISO 19650 / PAS 1192 information management principles.
• Coordinate project and client reporting, including system reporting.
• Provide training and support on Information Management systems and processes.
• Oversee Document Control and administrative activities; digitise processes with digital tools.
• Manage information across SharePoint and Teams and support digital health files.
