Job summary

Maber Architects is seeking an experienced Information Manager to join the Digital Team. You will lead Information Management and BIM services across our UK offices, coordinating BIM workflows and ensuring efficient collaboration among project teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of Revit, Solibri, IFC and CDE platforms. You will train design teams and supply chain partners, drive BIM best practices, and help prepare fees and bids for IM services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Information Management/ BIM services per ISO 19650UK
• Strong BIM coordination and model validation skills
• Proficiency with Revit, Solibri and data environments

Responsibilities

• Review IM requirements and coordinate BIM documentation with stakeholders
• Establish IM validation toolkits for model reviews
• Conduct regular reviews of federated IFC models and asset data
• Manage issue tracking and chair BIM coordination meetings
• Provide training on BIM workflows and tools to teams
• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and BIM adoption
• Support setup of BIM models and export to IFC in CDEs
• Keep updated on emerging BIM tech and standards
