Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Information Management within engineering, construction, or professional services.
Proficient with IM software tools (e.g., ProjectWise).
Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and its application in BIM and project information management.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensure ISO 19650 compliance in BIM processes, project information protocols, and document control.
Oversee project information management for accuracy, accessibility, and security.
Develop BIM deliverables like BEPs, Responsibility Matrices, MIDPs.
Provide strategic guidance on IM best practices to teams and clients.
Implement and manage IM systems/tools (e.g., ProjectWise) to boost efficiency.
