Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks an Information Manager on a temporary basis to drive digitally led information practices across a portfolio of schemes. The role integrates BIM delivery with governance, ensuring robust information management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with project teams, quality functions and the supply chain to promote efficient, coordinated ways of working and to align information delivery with BEP, MIDP and TIDPs.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems in project environments.
• Knowledge of digital handover processes and information delivery requirements.
• Familiarity with BS 1192, PAS 1192 and ISO 19650 standards.
• Practical experience with BIM tools including Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Govern project information and support governance compliance.
• Manage Document Control and IMS functions.
• Develop BEP, MIDP and TIDPs for schemes.
• Define information delivery requirements with project teams and partners.
• Coordinate models, perform clash detection and QA, maintain master model.
• Pilot site data collection and connect digital processes with field activities.
