Veolia Group is seeking an Industrial Water Treatment Account Manager for the West Midlands. The role is full-time (37 hours) with a salary up to £45k, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Technically qualified in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or similar Engineering environment – or time-served in the industry.
• Proven track record in Account Management or sales within a water/process treatment company or industrial plant.
• Strong value delivery and selling strategies with a demonstrated history of winning new accounts and developing markets.
• Knowledge of specialty water and process chemicals and associated monitoring technologies.
• Proven experience leading and developing Account Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Management teams to exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients in the water and process treatment sectors
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with major customers across multiple markets
• Drive new business development and market expansion initiatives
• Oversee project delivery and ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver innovative water technology solutions
• Report on performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior management
