RABI in Oxford is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to develop, manage and deliver the charity’s IG programmes across channels, driving donor acquisition, retention and stewardship.

The role requires creating compelling fundraising propositions, leading multi-channel appeals, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, while supporting the IG Coordinator and aiming for £10m fundraising income goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a similar Individual Giving/fundraising role in the voluntary sector.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of all IG programmes, appeals and campaigns.
• Develop and deliver creative, donor-led fundraising appeals across channels.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of appeals from concept to evaluation within budget and timelines.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to maximise impact.
• Collaborate with teams to develop innovative messaging and content across channels.
• Line-manage the Individual Giving Coordinator with focus on objectives and development.
• Develop new IG initiatives including GDPR-compliant lead generation and donor acquisition.
• Implement excellent donor care and stewardship processes across donor segments.
• Plan and deliver donor journeys to increase engagement and retention.
• Test, monitor and evaluate campaigns to inform future activity.
