Job summary

Oxford Health Charity seeks a Senior Fundraising Manager to lead the fundraising strategy and deliver high-impact income growth across trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, philanthropy, major gifts, legacies and individual giving. You will build a strong fundraising pipeline, manage high-value opportunities and report to the Head of Charity on progress and impact.

• Significant professional fundraising experience with success against targets.
• Experience developing cases for support and fundraising propositions.
• Experience monitoring performance, forecasting income and reporting impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of fundraising plans aligned to priorities and income targets.
• Grow sustainable income across trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, philanthropy, major gifts, legacies and individual giving.
• Lead high-value fundraising opportunities with compelling propositions and projects.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of funders and donors using research, relationships and CRM data.
• Develop corporate fundraising, sponsorship and employee engagement opportunities.
• Identify funding opportunities for transformational projects with senior leaders.
• Provide specialist fundraising advice to strengthen propositions and activity.
• Develop stewardship to retain supporters and maximise long-term value.
• Monitor performance, forecasts and pipeline activity to drive growth.
• Contribute to fundraising and impact reporting to committees and stakeholders.
