Job summary

Heathfield Primary School within Prince Albert Community Trust seeks a dedicated Part Time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to support pupils in our Resource Base. The role is 12.5 hours per week, term-time only, across Triangle Schools including Heathfield, Birchfield and Prince Albert Junior/Infant School.

The successful candidate will contribute to an inclusive learning environment, with a clear focus on safeguarding and working with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting children with complex SEND.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within the Resource Base provision across Triangle Schools.
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Engage with families and the wider community to support learners.
