Job summary

Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is recruiting a Part Time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to support pupils with SEND within our Resource Base provision across Triangle Schools, including Heathfield Primary, Birchfield Primary, and Prince Albert Junior and Infant School. The role is 12.5 hours, term-time only, and grade 2, scale point 3-8 plus SEN Allowance.

Successful candidates will join an expanding inclusive team and have access to development opportunities including Level 3 Teaching

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Committed to continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within the Resource Base provision
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, assistants, and families to track progress and adapt support
