Job summary

Lakey Lane Primary School, part of the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT), seeks a Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing inclusion team. You will support pupils with SEND, work across mainstream and specialist settings, and contribute to an inclusive learning environment that helps every child thrive.

The role is 33.5 hours, term-time only, with progression opportunities within a forward-looking trust committed to inclusion and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND in an educational setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND to reach potential in inclusive learning environments.
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing classroom and resource base provision.
