Job summary

Entrust seeks a Principal Solutions Engineer based in the United Kingdom to own a portfolio of EMEA strategic accounts and to act as the technical focal point for key partners in the United States. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Onboarding and Product.

You will mentor Solutions Engineers, influence the product roadmap for your markets, and drive complex, multi-stakeholder engagements while working US hours when needed and traveling

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as pre-sales or solutions engineer for enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Experience partnering with technology partners and ecosystems to support evaluations and integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript/Java/Ruby/Swift).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Ability to own technical ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder deals and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for EMEA Key Accounts, driving retention and expansion.
• Lead technical deep dives, workshops and proofs of concept with partner teams.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers and influence product roadmap for market segments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Onboarding and Product across regions to ensure successful engagements.
