- Blends technical excellence with business acumen and value-selling to hit targets.
- Ability to establish trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
- Support SEs partnering with Account Executives to uncover pain points and secure wins.
- Collaborate with senior customer technical leaders to articulate Okta’s platform value.
- Build relationships with partner technical sales leaders to position Okta as a preferred security standard.
- Design and scale Go-To-Market strategies to exceed regional bookings targets.
- Funnel customer feedback and product requirements to Product and Engineering teams.
