National Highways in the UK seeks a Lead Identity Manager to drive IAM strategy and operations across digital services. You will oversee identity lifecycle, access governance, privileged access, and authentication services across diverse environments to ensure only authorised users gain access.

This hybrid role requires SC clearance or willingness to obtain it, five years’ UK residency considered, two days in the office, and occasional travel to offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Leading IAM functions with strategic and operational oversight.
• Developing policies, strategies and processes for identity management.
• Experience in managing privileged access and vetting services.

Responsabilités

• Provide regular reporting of Identity threats, risks and controls.
• Lead delivery and transition of systems into Identity Assurance Governance and PAM monitoring.
• Lead National Highways Identity and Access Service to maintain compliance with security standards.
• Influence strategic direction of Identity Management to align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles for Identity processes.
