Job summary

Ericsson Reading seeks a senior ICT Program Director to drive delivery of Core Networks solutions for large, multi-vendor engagements. You will own end-to-end delivery, from pre-sales through to contract fulfilment, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction in a dynamic ICT environment.

The role requires 10–15 years in program leadership, an engineering degree, and proven success delivering NFV projects with automation and GenAI.

Qualifications

10–15 years in Program Manager or similar roles with Core/Cloud delivery.
Experience delivering physical, virtualized and containerized NFV projects.
Proven track record with automation and GenAI in program deliveries.
Strong project control and financial background; can develop business cases.

Responsibilities

Drive 5G/4G Core and Cloud engagements from scoping to delivery for customers.
Own end-to-end delivery from pre-sales to contract fulfilment while maximizing profitability.
Ensure on-time delivery of program objectives.
Drive profitability via efficiency, reuse, AI and automation.
Lead upsell and add-on sales opportunities.
Build a strong customer relationship and spend time on site when needed.
Lead and empower local and global teams with governance and controls.
Identify milestones, risks and issues; implement effective mitigations.
Lead change management affecting scope, budget, and timeline.
Foster internal/external relationships and share best practices.
Promote a one-team culture and coach team members.
