Job summary

Ericsson in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior ICT Program Director to drive the delivery of Core Networks and Cloud solutions for key customers in a fast-paced, multi-vendor ICT market.

You will own end-to-end program delivery from scoping through execution, lead global and local teams, manage risks and budgets, and relentlessly pursue profitability while embedding GenAI, automation and strong governance in delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in program management or ICT leadership in core networks.
• University degree in Engineering.
• Proven delivery of core network and cloud projects.
• Experience with GenAI integration in deliveries.
• Strong cost control and risk management.
• Excellent client-facing and cross-functional leadership.
• PMP certification preferred.
