Job summary

Ekiva Limited is seeking a RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer with strong LTE/5G experience to support deployment, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of multi-vendor RAN networks for mobile, private 5G, and enterprise wireless deployments.

The role is full-time and on-site in Egham, UK, requiring 5+ years in LTE/5G, hands-on work with leading RAN vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Huawei) or Open RAN, and the ability to coordinate with customers, deployment partners and vendors.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in LTE/5G RAN deployment and integration.
Hands-on experience with 4G LTE, 5G NR and Private 5G RAN.
Experience with RAN vendors including Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Huawei, Open RAN platforms.
Strong knowledge of RAN commissioning, cell configuration, radio integration, RAN troubleshooting, performance validation.
Understanding of 5G architecture, network slicing, Open RAN concepts.
Experience working with customers, vendors, deployment partners.

Responsibilities

Install and integrate RAN equipment including BBU, IRU, Radio Dots, RRU/RRH, 5G Radio Units.
Perform radio commissioning and integration.
Configure cells, frequencies, radio parameters, network features.
Perform radio software loading and upgrades.
Validate synchronisation, coverage, mobility, connectivity.
Support ATP execution, acceptance testing, and customer handover.
Troubleshoot hardware issues.
