Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a senior ICT Program Director to drive the delivery of Core Networks solutions in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment. You will own end-to-end program delivery from pre-sales to contract fulfillment, guiding local and global teams to deliver on-time and profitably, while advancing AI-enabled delivery practices.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, solution scoping, and leveraging automation to improve top and bottom lines.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in program management or senior delivery roles
• Experience delivering Core, Cloud, physical/virtualized or containerized NFV projects
• Successful track record in automation of test and deployment; GenAI in programs
• Experience supporting sales to drive new business
• Strong understanding of project management, process engineering, automation and AI
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop business cases
• Excellent risk-management and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across local and global groups
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking with strong networking ability
• PMP certification preferred for ICT PD assessment

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated 5G/4G Core and Cloud engagements from scoping through delivery for Ericsson customers.
• Own end-to-end program delivery from pre-sales to contract fulfillment, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure on-time delivery and achievement of program objectives with high quality outcomes.
• Drive program profitability through efficiency, reuse, AI and automation.
• Identify upsell opportunities and create solution/scopes for new work.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as Ericsson's on-site representative to increase trust.
• Lead and empower local and global teams with governance and project controls.
• Identify milestones, risks and obstacles; mitigate and resolve issues.
• Lead change management impacting scope, budget, timeline and quality with stakeholders.
• Foster knowledge sharing and best practices to industrialize delivery processes.
• Promote a collaborative, 'one team' culture and support team growth.
