Job summary
ABB is seeking an experienced Lead ICSS Engineer to drive the technical delivery of Integrated Control & Safety System projects across national and international sectors. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with customers to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (or HNC/HND with significant experience).
- Experience leading ICSS/DCS/PCS/ESD/F&G projects in Energy/Oil & Gas/Process industries.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus/Profibus/Profinet).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams up to 10 engineers.
- Deliver ICSS engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle.
- Act as technical authority reviewing deliverables for safety, cybersecurity, quality and contracts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and customers to define technical solutions and manage risks.
- Support planning with engineering estimates, resource plans, schedules and forecasts.
- Provide technical leadership during installation, commissioning and start-up.
