Job summary

VINCI in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex ICP projects from award through energisation and adoption, while acting as the NERS Qualified Supervisor to ensure compliance, technical excellence and operational assurance across the ICP portfolio.

You will manage cross‑disciplinary teams, drive safety culture, handle programme performance, commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction, and mentor engineers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing ICP projects.
• Strong knowledge of NERS accreditation requirements.
• Experience delivering HV network projects (11kV & 33kV).
• Understanding of DNO and IDNO specifications and procedures.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• SMSTS (or equivalent).
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ICP projects from inception through energisation and handover.
• Manage programme performance, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, DNOs, IDNOs, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and support across ICP opportunities and project delivery.
• Drive compliance with NERS requirements, utility standards, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Site Managers and operational teams.
• Support business growth through planning, resource management, and governance.
• Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture.
