Job summary

Actemium UK seeks an experienced ICP Projects Lead to drive delivery from inception to energisation, while acting as NERS Qualified Supervisor to ensure compliance and safety.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage HV projects (11kV/33kV), and uphold commercial and regulatory standards across the portfolio, mentoring engineers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing ICP projects.
• Strong knowledge of NERS accreditation requirements.
• Experience delivering HV network projects (11kV & 33kV).
• Understanding of DNO and IDNO specifications and procedures.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• SMSTS (or equivalent).
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme performance, commercial outcomes, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, DNOs, IDNOs, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and support across the wider business for ICP opportunities and project delivery.
• Drive compliance with NERS requirements, utility standards, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Site Managers and operational teams.
• Support business growth through planning, resource management, and project governance.
• Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture.

Essential

• Professional membership (IET or similar).
