Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hydropower projects across the UK, delivering complex dam and water infrastructure on time, within budget and to the required quality. Hybrid working from UK offices is available, with a mix of home and office-based days.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive cost, schedule and risk governance to ensure successful outcomes for communities and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering hydropower, dams and/or large water/energy projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in a contractor or consultancy setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydropower projects to successful on-time, on-budget delivery with appropriate quality.
• Proactively manage project team, stakeholders and client relationships.
• Apply cost, schedule, risk, governance and alignment with client objectives.
