Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Hydrogeologist to join their Groundwater & Geothermal Team in a Consultant or Senior role. The position involves delivering groundwater and geothermal projects across the UK and Ireland, with hybrid working and travel across GB and Ireland.

You will contribute to scoping, field investigations, risk assessment and reporting, while developing client relationships and project leadership skills within a growing consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in geology, earth science, or related discipline.
• Practical fieldwork, data analysis and report writing skills.
• Understanding of UK/Irish groundwater regulation and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee groundwater/geothermal investigations and field work.
• Lead field activities and supervise staff where appropriate.
• Prepare clear reports, notes and drawings for clients and stakeholders.
• Support project management, budgets and tender activities.
