Teneo is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator on a fixed-term contract from November 2026 to July 2027. You will deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle for our UK businesses, collaborating with People Operations, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, Recruitment and IT.

As a first point of contact, you’ll use HR knowledge and judgment to resolve queries, manage priorities, and strengthen relationships while identifying opportunities to improve how we work.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HR generalist or People Operations experience.
• Practical knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with continuous improvement.
• Workday experience preferred; MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, resolving queries and escalating sensitive matters as needed.
• Manage onboarding through offboarding, including family leave, absence, changes, flexible working, transfers and immigration matters.
• Use Workday to manage transactions, data, and reporting.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding/offboarding, including agreements and checks.
• Support UK benefits administration and renewal with data checks.
• Assist in key People processes such as goal setting, performance, promotions and compensation reviews.
