Job summary

Teneo is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator for a fixed-term contract from November 2026 to July 2027. You will be a key member of the People Team, delivering employee experience support across UK businesses.

You will handle day-to-day HR tasks, lifecycle activities, and HRIS transactions using Workday, coordinating onboarding/offboarding and benefits, while driving continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• HR generalist/People Operations experience (2+ years)
• UK employment law knowledge
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive and collaborative approach
• Experience using Workday is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
• Manage onboarding through offboarding including leave, changes, transfers
• Use Workday to manage transactions and data reporting
• Coordinate contractor onboarding/offboarding and compliance checks
• Support UK benefits administration and renewals
• Assist with performance, promotion and compensation processes
