Sword is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to own the operational health of public and hybrid cloud services. You will run production cloud environments, ensure reliability, governance, and security, and drive automation and improvement across platforms.

You’ll diagnose complex incidents, coordinate with teams, and mentor engineers while focusing on resilience and service quality in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience running production public/hybrid cloud services.
• Certifications across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service-management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health and reliability of cloud services.
• Operate and maintain services across cloud platforms.
• Support hybrid cloud environments with on-premises components.
• Develop automation and IaC for deployment and remediation.
• Act as escalation point for complex incidents and outages.
