Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead projects from design through commissioning and handover. You will manage budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring safety and quality standards across HVAC installations.

The role requires a strong mechanical/HVAC background, solid project management experience, and excellent communication. Based in Reading / Bristol, with on-site delivery and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background.
• Previous HVAC project management experience.
• Good understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems.
• Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or relevant vocational qualification and significant experience.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical/HVAC background who is confident managing clients, subcontractors, budgets and project delivery.
