Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager in Birmingham to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover. The role requires a strong mechanical/HVAC background and confidence in managing clients, subcontractors, budgets and delivery.

You will drive planning, programme and resource management, oversee installation teams, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across projects from design to handover.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background.
• Understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or relevant qualification.

• Manage HVAC projects from design through to completion.
