Job summary

Verelogic seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver HVAC installation projects UK-wide, from enquiry and tender through to handover. You will own projects, coordinating clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

The role demands strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and hands-on leadership, with travel to customer and project sites as required. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within HVAC/mechanical services.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle from enquiry to handover.
• Strong understanding of programmes, procurement, subcontractor management and site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, manage programmes and address delays.
• Manage project costs, variations, forecasting and final accounts.
• Build relationships with clients and main contractors throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate commissioning and handover activities.
