Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover in the UK. You will manage budgets, subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring quality and compliance.

The role involves planning programmes, coordinating installation teams, overseeing health and safety, and delivering projects on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background.
• Previous HVAC project management experience.
• Good understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems.
• Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or relevant vocational qualification and significant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from design through to completion
• Plan programmes, resources and project deliverables
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams
• Oversee quality, health & safety and technical compliance
• Manage project budgets, costs and variations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management
• Identify and manage project risks and resolve technical issues
• Manage commissioning, handover and project documentation
