Job summary

Mitie Power & Grid in Scotland seeks an Electrical Site Construction Supervisor to support LV/HV works on major infrastructure projects across Scotland. You will supervise on-site electrical installations, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely and to specification.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to DNO connections, substations and network reinforcement, with a strong focus on QA, RAMS, and commissioning while working within a dynamic

Qualifications

Strong electrical background in LV/HV with qualifying credentials.
Experience installing electrical works up to 132 kV.
Knowledge of DNO G81, Sect 50, SAP and/or DNO authorisations (LV & HV).
Experience of civil construction methods and processes (ground works, drainage, earthing, concreting).

Responsibilities

Supervise on-site electrical works (LV and HV) and cable installations.
Inspect, test and commission electrical installations.
Coordinate with G2E designers, suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare RAMS, T&Cs, and ensure works meet drawings and spec.
Attend site progress meetings and audits, report to PM.
