United Infrastructure Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Power Transmission & Distribution programmes across Scotland, based in Glasgow with site activity. You will drive safe project delivery, commercial performance and stakeholder engagement within a growing Scotland business unit.

The role requires proven infrastructure delivery experience, leadership, and a proactive safety culture, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong project management principles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and commercial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities.
• Leadership and team management experience; driving safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Power T&D projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget with client alignment.
• Coordinate engineering, commercial, construction and supply chain teams.
• Develop programmes, delivery strategies and resource plans.
• Manage risks and opportunities to achieve project outcomes.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting and profitability.
• Represent the business with clients and stakeholders; drive business development.
