Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a highly regarded international law firm and their close-knit HR team in London. In this role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring operational excellence within their HR team, providing comprehensive support to specific fee-earning groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the HR Director and key stakeholders to understand the people needs of the practice and lead the HR Advisory team in delivering on that agenda.
  2. Build strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
  3. Lead the delivery of an operationally excellent HR service across the full spectrum of HR generalist activities.
  4. Support the HR Advisory team in managing all employee relations issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  5. Provide operational support, guidance, and coaching to designated client groups on all HR matters, including the delivery of annual processes.
  6. Identify and support the training and development needs of the HR team.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in professional services, with a strong preference for a background in the legal sector.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and work effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and significant experience in employee relations.
  • A collaborative and supportive working style.
