Job Description:

Elevation Recruitment HR is seeking a HR Advisor to join their established team on a full-time, permanent basis at their sites in Wakefield, Rotherham, or Doncaster.

The role involves providing generalist HR advice and supporting projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environments. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Providing HR advice and support to managers
• Managing employee relations cases (sickness, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances)
• Supporting senior managers in HR issues
• Updating managers on legislative changes
• Participating in employee engagement and talent management projects
• Maintaining relationships with Union Reps
• Occasional attendance at early morning or night shifts as needed

Qualifications:

Ideally CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of employment legislation. Ability to travel to local sites is required.
