Elevation HR is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in North Sheffield to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role offers 2 days per week from home and a chance to influence people strategies across the business.

You will manage a broad employee relations caseload, coach managers on HR policy and employment law, and contribute to organisational design and change initiatives. A supportive, proactive HR partner environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, providing professional advice to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
• Take ownership of a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and wellbeing matters.
• Coach and support managers on HR policies, employment legislation and best practice, building confidence in people management.
• Support in organisational change projects, restructures, redeployment, redundancy consultations and TUPE processes.
• Design and deliver management training initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HR administration and systems with accuracy, maintaining employee records and processing HR transactions.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you'll manage a varied employee relations caseload from end to end, overseeing cases through the HR system while coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in people management. You'll also have the opportunity to support organisational design initiatives, playing a key role in driving positive change across the business.

• Manage HR administration and systems with accuracy, maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.

To be successful in this role, you'll be confident managing your own employee relations caseload, handling a broad range of cases from lower-level matters through to complex employee relations issues.
