Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Human Factors Consultant to lead and deliver HF work across Nuclear, Rail, Defence and Infrastructure sectors. You will build trusted client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams and shape the direction of our Human Factors capability.

You will mentor colleagues, support business growth and contribute to bids while applying HF methodologies to complex, high-hazard environments. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HF work packages in high-hazard industries.
• Strong application of Human Factors methods, standards and guidance.
• Experience planning and integrating HF activities across projects.
• Excellent communication, report-writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead HF and Ergonomics work packages for clients.
• Manage technical delivery in line with project programmes.
• Act as technical lead for HF activities across projects.
• Contribute to AtkinsRéalis bids and strategic initiatives.
• Support multidisciplinary projects across Nuclear, Rail, Defence, Infrastructure and Energy Transition.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.
