Job summary

You will lead HF delivery, engage with multidisciplinary teams and influence safety arguments with HF insights, balancing rigour with delivery timelines in high-hazard contexts.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Factors, ergonomics or applied psychology.
• Experience in nuclear or other high hazard industries (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HF methods and their practical application.
• Ability to balance technical rigour with delivery needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HF assessments across safety case, design and operational contexts.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative HF methods proportionately.
• Influence design decisions and safety arguments through HF insight.
• Support hazard analysis, task analysis and human reliability activities.
