Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced HSQE Manager to own Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across a growing steel fabrication and construction business. You will drive compliance, develop policies, and embed a proactive safety culture across operations and sites.

Responsibilities include maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 frameworks, leading audits, investigations and training, and guiding managers to identify improvement opportunities while

Qualifications

NEBOSH General Certificate required.
Minimum 5 years in an HSQE management role.
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and industry standards.
Experience maintaining accreditation schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and champion HSQE standards across the business.
Develop, implement and maintain HSQE policies and improvement plans.
Drive proactive safety culture and behavioural change.
Plan and deliver audits, inspections and reviews for ongoing compliance.
Provide training and guidance to support awareness and competence.
