Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced HSEQ Manager to support major capital water projects in the North West. Based from Worsley, with regular travel across the region, you will provide technical HSEQ leadership across projects from pre-construction through to construction, commissioning and handover.

We are looking for an expert in CDM 2015, audits, incident investigations and drive strong safety culture across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• HSEQ professional with a strong understanding of construction and infrastructure risk.
• Experience in water sector or regulated infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead CDM compliance and contractor assurance across large schemes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical HSEQ guidance across capital delivery projects.
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and pre-construction requirements.
• Review construction phase plans and HSEQ documentation.
• Lead audits, assurance activities and improvement plans.
• Investigate high-potential incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safe behaviours with project teams and contractors.
• Support client reviews, safety forums and workshops.
