Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to drive safety leadership across major water sector capital projects in the North West. Based from Worsley with regional travel, you will guide CDM compliance, risk management and HSEQ assurances through pre-construction to handover.

You will work with project teams, contractors and clients to improve safety culture, lead audits and investigations, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent H&S qualification required.
• TechIOSH / GradIOSH, ideally working towards Chartered status.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical HSEQ guidance across capital delivery projects.
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and contractor responsibilities.
• Review project HSEQ documentation and plans.
• Lead and participate in HSEQ audits and improvement plans.
• Support investigations into incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations and contractors to improve safety culture.
• Support client performance reviews and safety forums.
• Coach project teams on HSEQ standards and practices.
• Ensure adherence to corporate, regulatory and client HSEQ standards.
