Job summary

Network Plus is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager - Water to provide expert health, safety, environment and quality guidance across water sector projects in the Worsley area. You will drive CDM compliance, CPP reviews, incident investigations and governance across contracts, while mentoring site teams to uphold high HSEQ standards.

You will collaborate with the wider HSEQ leadership and clients to achieve excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver safe, reliable water infrastructure

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent H&S qualification.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• TechIOSH/GradIOSH or working toward Chartered status.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical HSEQ guidance and support to the contract(s).
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and assist in PCI coordination.
• Review and contribute to Construction Phase Plans (CPP).
• Lead audits and oversee incident investigations with timely closures of actions.
• Formulate roadmaps and strategic plans aligning with company values and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, offering guidance and coaching to project teams.
