Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking an Operational Safety Lead - Water Utilities to provide HSEQ support across capital delivery projects within the UK water sector, from design through commissioning.

Based in Worsley, the role leads HSEQ initiatives, ensures CDM 2015 compliance, conducts audits, investigates incidents and drives continuous improvement in health, safety, environment and quality across contracts, liaising with clients and operational teams.

Qualifications

Holds NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.
Experience with CDM 2015 and construction risk management.
Proven leadership and communication skills across teams.
Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical HSEQ guidance and support directly to the contract/s.
Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and PCI coordination.
Review and contribute to the development of Construction Phase Plans (CPP).
Lead by example driving high levels of health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
Oversee incident investigations and ensure closure of corrective actions.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve HSEQ objectives.
Authorise HSEQ documentation and management systems changes.
