Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to provide pragmatic health, safety, environment and quality guidance to contract teams. You will embed Group HSEQ systems, drive governance, and lead incident investigations in high-risk electrical works.

Qualifications

Occupational health and safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma).
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation in high-risk operations.
Experience with Construction (CDM) regulations.
Experience in Overhead Lines sector.
Proven ability to lead HSEQ investigations and RCA.
Experience implementing ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 in operations.

Responsibilities

Act as Senior HSEQ Manager to ensure contractual and statutory compliance.
Lead the implementation of the HSEQ strategy to drive operational excellence.
Develop and embed an assurance framework with audits and governance.
Use data-driven insights to identify risks and drive interventions.
Lead investigations of high-potential incidents and implement corrective actions.
Oversee competency, training, and development across the contract.
