Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to drive safety, quality, and environmental standards in the power sector. You will provide pragmatic guidance, embed systems, and align with client expectations across contracts.

You’ll lead investigations and manage HSEQ risk for overhead line projects while building a capable team. Essential NEBOSH Diploma, CDM knowledge and ISO standards experience are required; travel across the UK is anticipated with a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Qualified in health, safety, environment and quality leadership with relevant inspections and governance.
• Proven track record in high-risk operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience conducting robust HSEQ incident investigations and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior HSEQ Manager to the Contract Leadership Team and Client, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Lead the HSEQ strategy, assurance framework, audits and governance across the contract.
• Analyse trends with data-driven insights and implement intervention to improve performance.
• Oversee HSEQ risks in overhead line projects and ensure robust controls.
• Develop training, competency plans and coach the HSEQ Advisors into leaders.
