Zusammenfassung

Network Plus seeks an experienced HSEQ Lead to oversee health, safety, environment and quality across utilities contracts. You will cascade HSEQ initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards, reporting to the Head of HSEQ.

You will lead audits, incidents, and training, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation with internal teams and external auditors. A UK driving licence and strong sector knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent L6).
• Lead Investigator certification and Lead Auditor qualification.
• IEMA Certificate or equivalent environmental qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, CDM Regulations, and internal Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).

Aufgaben

• Promote compliance across contracts and cascade HSEQ initiatives.
• Lead reporting, inspections, audits and quality checks on site and remotely.
• Support accident and incident investigations and drive closure of findings.
• Provide weekly and monthly HSEQ compliance and performance reports.
• Address risks and drive improvements with internal HSEQ Team and external auditors.
• Monitor incident statistics and present at client meetings.
• Support training and competency to ensure high standards of training compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and promote safe behaviours on site and office.
