Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Lead to provide pragmatic guidance to operations across our contracts in the UK power and infrastructure sector. You will embed Group HSEQ systems, lead assurance, and advise on risk controls for overhead line projects.

You will build a high-performing HSEQ team, manage incidents, audits and training, and maintain certifications such as ISO 45001/14001/9001 while collaborating with clients and regulators to deliver safe,

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent occupational health and safety qualification.
• Thorough understanding of HSE legislation in high-risk operations.
• Experience leading significant HSEQ incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted Senior HSEQ Manager to Contract Leadership Team and Client, ensuring full compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Lead implementation of HSEQ strategy driving operational excellence.
• Develop and embed an assurance framework with monitoring and audits.
