Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Lead to guide the contract in a high-risk power sector setting. You will embed group HSEQ systems, lead senior governance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality outcomes.

You will manage complex HSEQ programs, conduct investigations, and coach a team of HSEQ Advisors while working closely with clients and regulatory bodies to uphold standards and ensure safe, sustainable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential HSEQ leadership experience in high-risk environments.
• Proven ability to manage HSEQ incidents and drive improvement.
• Experience embedding HSEQ systems across complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as Senior HSEQ Manager to ensure full contractual compliance and risk control.
• Lead the HSEQ strategy, assurance framework and governance across the contract.
• Analyse trends, identify risks and implement early intervention strategies.
• Oversee HSEQ plans with clear performance measures and initiatives.
• Lead investigations into significant HSEQ incidents and root cause analysis.
• Develop and mentor a team of HSEQ Advisors and ensure training competency.
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
