HSE Recruitment Network is supporting a global manufacturing business recruiting an HSE Manager to lead the Aston, Birmingham site. The role demands strong leadership to drive a zero-harm agenda and high safety standards across a busy plant.

You will mentor an HSE advisor and work closely with a European HSE Manager and the US parent company, balancing daily compliance with strategic CAPEX and fire risk initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experienced HSE Manager with leadership in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train and develop an HSE advisor.
• Experience driving a zero-harm culture and managing high-risk sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead site HSE across Aston, Birmingham with day-to-day reporting to the Plant Director.
• Collaborate with European HSE Manager and the US parent company.
• Develop, mentor and nurture an HSE advisor under your leadership.
• Oversee environmental requirements, emergency management, CAPEX projects and fire risk strategies.
