Job summary

HSE Recruitment Network are working with a global manufacturing business seeking an HSE Manager to lead their Aston, Birmingham site.

This is a demanding, high‑risk environment with a zero‑harm culture, reporting to the Plant Director and mentoring a junior advisor while coordinating with a European HSE Manager and the US parent.

Salary circa £65,000 plus car allowance, quarterly bonus, pension match up to 8%, healthcare, dental and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE in industrial manufacturing.
• Diploma level qualification in Health & Safety.
• Ability to mentor and develop an advisor.
• Experience driving safety culture and zero-harm initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive high standards of health and safety compliance on site.
• Lead environmental and emergency management initiatives.
• Collaborate with European HSE Manager and US parent company.
• Mentor junior HSE staff and support CAPEX projects.
